schedule of events



The following schedule is TENTATIVE:
Friday night teams can start checking in at 7:00 pm (if streets are blocked by then) and they will receive their meat then. 
If Saturday is the earliest streets will be blocked, it will be 5:00 am for check-in and again meat as soon as their ready.

we will let teams know prior to august 25th, exact check-in times.  Please be sure to put an email or phone contact on your team registrations so we can contact you.
Cooks meeting 9:00 am at the Kearney Eagles Club
Turn in's:
Ribs 4:00 pm
Pork 4:30 pm
Public serving at 5:00 pm
Awards 5:30 pm.
