FRIDAY - AUGUST 24TH - Eagles Club will be open from 3:00 pm. - 11:00 p.m.
Team Check-In starts at 7:00 (w/meat) Till 11:00 p.m.
SATURDAY - AUGUST 25TH - Eagles Club will be open at 8:00 a.m.
7:00 AM - Check-in Teams w/meat
9:00 AM - Cooks Meeting - East Room of the Kearney Eagles Club
11:00 AM - Toast - Eagles Club Beer Garden
3:15 PM - Judges Meeting - East Room of Kearney Eagles Club
4:00 PM - Rib Turn In
4:30 PM - Pork Turn In (Eagles club will be picking up the cooked meat)
5:00 - 8:00 PM - Eagles Club will serve the public
